Cancellations

Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Please note that once a reservation has been made any changes (such as a reduction of days or changes of dates or change of room type) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the deposit is forfeited—the application of it to the altered booking is entirely at our discretion. Changes such as additional days are not deemed cancellations and therefore if the accommodation is available the deposit is carried forward.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.

Deposit

A deposit by Credit or Debit or Card is normally required. Cheques can also be accepted to the value of the guarantee card.

Guarantee

Bookings must be guaranteed by Credit, Debit or Cheque.

Minimum Stay

At Weekends there is a minimum of 2 nights stays. However please ask for availability of 1 night stays.

During August and New Year a minimum 3 Nights Stays is usually required.

Checking In

Standard Check-in is from 3pm and no later than 8pm. For pre-advised and unavoidable arrivals after 8pm arrangements can be made for safe and secure key collection. For arrivals before 3pm (15.00) luggage can be stored.

Checking Out

Check out is by 10.30am; an extended checkout may be available by arrangement at additional cost.

Smoking Policy

The Salisbury is completely Non-Smoking—bedrooms, breakfast room and all public areas. Thank you!

Pets

For the convenience of all our guests pets are not allowed at the Salisbury Hotel. Sorry!
